The Clown The Clown is a custom Slay the Spire character built around active discard pile play. Discard cards, retrieve them, and chain effects that trigger when cards return to your hand. Content • 70 cards: 68 regular registered cards plus the Boo and Mockery token cards • 11 character relics • Custom powers and card art • Korean, English, and Simplified Chinese support Core Mechanics • Retrieval: Move cards from the discard pile to your hand. • Reappear: Triggers when a card moves directly from the discard pile to your hand. • Active discarding: Discard cards from your hand and draw pile to prepare future retrieval targets. • Reprepare: After being played, the card shuffles into the draw pile. • Boo and Mockery: Cost 0 token cards that apply Vulnerable and Weak. • Status management: Move or spend Status cards to connect them with Block, damage, and Reappear effects. Playstyle The Clown rewards managing the contents of the discard pile and the order of retrieval. Deck cycling, discarding, and Reappear timing turn stage chaos into combat resources.
