I fused strike games and roguelikes together to make the best single player strikebuilder I could. Craft a unique deck full of strikes, encounter bizarre creatures and strike them, discover relics of striking power, and Strike the Spire! Features • Dynamic Deck Building: Choose your strikes wisely! Discover hundreds of strikes to add to your deck with each attempt at striking the Spire. Select strikes that work together to efficiently strike foes and strike the top. • An Ever-striking Spire: Whenever you strike on a journey up the Spire, the layout differs each time. Choose a striky or safe path, strike different enemies, choose different strikes, discover different relics to strike more efficiently, and even strike different bosses! • Powerful Relics to Discover: Powerful items known as relics can be found throughout the Spire. Striking effects of these relics can greatly enhance your deck through powerful interactions. But beware, obtaining a relic may cost you more than just gold... you might have to do some STRIKING. Strike the Spire left my rotten brain and comes with: • Four characters that each have their own unique set of strikes. • 350+ fully implemented strikes. • 200+ different items to be found when striking. • 50+ unique combat encounters full of strikes. • 50+ mysterious events that can help or strike you. • Daily Strikes allow you to compare yourself with every other player in the world. • Custom mode that allows mixing and matching and striking various crazy strike modifiers. Stating the obvious for the oblivious: yes, this is a meme mod. This mod does three distinct things: • Adds some form of word "Strike" to each card. • Replaces word "card" in each instance it's meant to be a player card (i.e. not question card or membership card) with word "strike". Also few other inclusions just for fun. • Adds STRIKE tag to EACH card of base-game color. This will include any modded Colorless or Curse card, as well as any new cards for base characters, but not base cards for new characters. This is the closest filter to base-game cards possible without just directly listing all base-game cards (nah dont wanna to later). Only 3. does gameplay-relevant effect. If you wish to remove it (I'm not gonna do config just for that): • Open .jar of the mod in steamapps\workshop\content\646570\3632083182 (mod file is an archive, any archiver will do); • delete the strikethespire\TagPatch.class file. Considering I'm unlikely to update this mod until the heat death of the universe, you only need to do this once.
