Add Cthugha as a playable Fire Attribute character. CTHUGHA, The Living Flame Great Old One worshipped by the Fire Vampire as the Lord of Fire. The eternal fire can burn all, and the realm follows the heart to control the candle to erode death. It contains: • 🎴 75+ new cards; • 🎁 10+ new relics; • 🧪 3 unique potions; • 🍟 10+ Skins; • 🎬 A new ACT 5 with a powerful Boss. Thank you all for your support. Mechanisms: Flare Once per turn, each Flare card can be Right Click(RS) to exhaust any number of Burn cards in your hand to trigger the corresponding effects within the number of Burn exhausted. Fire Vampire At the end of your turn, absorb Burn in your hand. Just like an orb of the Defect. Blaze triggers an additional effect when played with 6 Fire Vampire on you. The above mechanisms have played a significant role in character construction and card pool design. You can try more card coordination, maybe there will be unexpected performances. Some scattered thoughts In the second half of 2024, I release a beta version with the same name. Now this is the official version. The character prototype comes from the same-named Great Old One in the Cthulhu Mythos. The default skin is the character Kuuko of "Nyaruko: Crawling with Love". In terms of character settings, Cthugha is a symbol of fire attributes. Therefore, some fire-related effects have been designed accordingly. At the beginning, I wanted to design a fire-related card pool rather than a specific character, so some mythological allusions or ACG are involved in the cards and relics. In fact, these have little to do with Cthugha itself. In order to reflect the character's fire attribute, the starter deck in fiction layer includes the Status "Burn", which replaces "Strike" that should be created first in most mods. This also avoids the incongruity that a Fire Attribute character may be "Burned". Some cards are designed around the fantasy concept that fire may shorten lifetime directly, whose effect is reduce the enemy's max HP. I try my best to strive for balance and gameplay diversity. In terms of card values, it aims to be slightly superior to the Ironclad and the Slient, but not by a large margin. In terms of mechanisms, it also tries to maintain a simple feature, so as not to make players spend lots of time to understand, or have to do numerical calculations of two digits. As for how this mod achieves the interconnection of card mechanisms, just do a try. Statement This mod will not be used for profit.
