Inspired by the Dota 2 hero, Dazzle is a complete character mod for StS, with 75+ cards, 10+ relics, a bunch of new potions and a custom event and boss fight. The class revolves around applying debuffs and healing, I tried to make an interesting character that doesn't add a bunch of new keywords and mechanics but still feels different from the base characters. I also tried to cram a bunch of Dota memes in here without ruining the feel of the character. Balance is probably way off so I'd appreciate feedback, goal is to get to around the power level of the Watcher. Please report any bugs or unclear descriptions/tooltips!
