The following is AI translation. Replaces in-game event background images with Touhou-related fan art. Roughly 80% of all event backgrounds have been replaced so far. I try to pick artwork that fits each event's theme as closely as possible. That said, some events in STS2 are just too bizarre to find matching imagery for, so I had to rely on loose thematic association and a bit of creative guesswork (?). A Few Ramblings About the artwork:All images are sourced from the internet. The majority come from the game Touhou LostWord, and a smaller portion are illustrations from Pixiv. If any original artist finds their work used here and wishes it removed, please contact me and I will take it down immediately. Some images have been cropped and extended via AI generation to fit the game's native image dimensions. I offer my sincerest apologies to all original creators for these alterations — my deepest respect and regrets to every artist. About the code:I have no coding ability whatsoever. All of the mod's code was built with AI assistance. I learned the mod structure by studying an older, foundational image replacement mod called "mama". I apologize to its creator for unpacking their mod and referencing its structure without prior permission. My utmost respect and apologies to all the veteran modders out there. About future updates:I have a busy personal schedule, so I may not be able to maintain or update the mod promptly in the future. I will do my best to find time for updates whenever possible.
