AWAKEN THE FORGE The last Eternal Smith has entered the Spire. Gather heat, shape steel, and turn every combat into another step toward your masterwork. The Living Forge is a complete custom character built around a two-stage resource economy, evolving cards, and relics you craft during a run. SHAPE HEAT INTO POWER Ember is fast combat fuel. Generate it, spend it to empower your turn, or Smelt it into persistent Ingots . Ingots survive between fights. Invest them in crafted attacks, defensive plating, efficient upgrades, and long-term Masterwork Quests. Saving metal creates future power, but spending it now may be what keeps the forge burning. A FULL CHARACTER EXPERIENCE • An 84-card reward pool plus 2 Ancient cards • 16 active relics plus a dedicated Touch of Orobas starter upgrade, including 8 unique Masterworks crafted through Quests • 5 custom potions focused on Ember, Ingots, defense, and enchantments • 3 custom enchantments and extensive temporary or permanent card upgrading • Custom Epochs are coming soon • Custom character-select, combat, map, merchant, rest-site, and result-screen visuals, plus an original forge-strike selection sound • Character-specific multi-visit dialogue with every Ancient • A 54 HP starting profile with strong prevention, scaling, and late-run crafting payoffs FIND YOUR CRAFT Kindle: Build Ember quickly and convert heat into tempo. Weaponcraft: Spend Ingots on decisive attacks and carefully timed burst turns. Armorcraft: Layer Block, Plating, and retaliation into a durable shell. Tempering: Upgrade cards during combat, then turn those improvements into lasting advantages. Complete Twofold Temper to make future Rest Site Smith actions upgrade up to two cards. Masterworks: Accept demanding Quest cards and complete their requirements to craft run-defining relics. The card pool supports focused archetypes as well as hybrid decks that cycle between generating Ember, Smelting Ingots, and cashing in stored metal at the right moment. RELICS The complete relic pool rewards Smelting, Ingot spending, enchanting, armor building, upgrades, and Masterwork completion. Eight crafted Masterworks can become permanent engines that reshape the rest of a run. Touch of Orobas transforms Smith's Hammer into Orobas-Tempered Hammer, which starts combat with 5 Ember and adds 1 persistent Ingot up to the cap. Yummy Cookie also receives a Living Forge-specific appearance. POTIONS Potions deliver emergency heat, persistent metal, immediate defense, and powerful permanent deck refinement. CUSTOM ENCHANTMENTS Honed, Kindled, and Riveted transform selected cards into signature weapons, heat sources, and armor engines. COMPATIBILITY • Singleplayer supported • Multiplayer supported, including two multiplayer-only cards • Slay the Spire 2 version 0.107.1 • BaseLib 3.4.5 or later required Steam should install BaseLib automatically.
