The Duality (Main Branch)

The Duality The Duality is a brand new character with a full card list, relics, and potions. Multiplayer should be supported but is WAY more likely to have bugs because it is harder to test and there are quite a few pitfalls to fall into when making cards. Please Note: This mod is made for the main branch. I'm planning to create a version for the beta branch at some point, just need to work out the right way to have 2 versions of the same mod (if someone wants to add me on steam and explain the best way please do!). Currently a lot of the art is missing and, until I get better at making scenes in godot, the character looks like the Ironclad. But I am working on it! I haven't used any AI for any of the images, which should be obvious... Main Archetypes • Enchantments: Enchant cards mid-combat to tailor your deck to the current situation. • Harness: Gain Nox and spend it to enhance powerful modal cards with additional abilities. • Glare: Increase the amount of damage an enemy takes and utilize multi-hit attacks to burst them down. • Fragments: 0 cost token attacks that can be saved up for explosive turns. • Big Cards: Play your high cost cards when you can and find another use for them when you can't. Help me out If you'd like to help me improve the character, I'm more than open to new ideas. Some things to keep an eye out for especially (because testing everything is hard): • Gaps: E.g. "I wish I had access to _", "There's no support for _" • Clarity: Areas where it's not super clear how something will work • Issues: Bad spelling/grammar, cards that don't do what they say, missing/incorrect hover tips • Balance: Less important right now, but good to know if something seems way too good/bad Contact Feel free to reach out to me on steam, discord (lukewarm97), or leave a comment.
