Works on the default Steam branch (game v0.107.1 or newer). No beta opt-in needed. Load a mod in Slay the Spire 2 and it quietly starts you a fresh save - with everything you already earned locked right back up. Blank Timeline, one character, Ascension 0, every card and relic greyed out like it's day one. Your progress isn't gone; the modded profile just keeps its own set of locks. Unlock, Stock & Barrel hands the whole lot back the moment you load in. What opens up All five characters. Every card, relic, potion and event. Ascension 0 through 10. Daily and Custom runs. The full Compendium. And it's not just "available" - it's pre-claimed and pre-acknowledged. No Timeline notification dot, no glowing nodes to click through, no "Ascension Unlocked!" popups to swat away one at a time. It's all already yours, the way it would be if you'd earned it right here. You just play. Your real save is safe Only your modded profile is ever touched. While a mod is loaded the game writes only there - I checked it byte-for-byte, before and after, and your unmodded save comes out identical. It doesn't change combat, damage, or how runs are built, and it leaves Steam achievements alone. It gives back what you earned in your own game; it won't hand you anything you didn't. The fine print Needs BaseLib - subscribe to both. Plays nice with your other mods. To keep things quiet it also switches off the first-time tutorial popups; flip them back on in Settings if you miss them. Runs on v0.107.1 and up, tested on both the default branch and the beta - it's Early Access on both sides, so a patch may knock a lock loose now and then, and I'll set it right. Everything here belongs to MegaCrit; the modding groundwork is Alchyr's and the StS2 community's. The whole Spire, wide open. Go play.
