Love picking Random but tired of getting THAT character? Right-click any portrait on the character select screen to exclude it from the random pool. Excluded characters dim so you always know your pool at a glance. Features: - Right-click a character portrait to exclude/include it from Random - Excluded portraits are dimmed - your pool is always visible - Exclusions are saved between sessions - Works with modded characters too - they join the pool and can be excluded like anyone else - Works in multiplayer - and your random stays SECRET until the run starts (only you need the mod) - Direct character selection is never affected Multiplayer modes (switch via ResolveOnEmbark in the mod config): - Secret mode (default): stay on Random in the lobby; the mod silently picks from your allowed pool when you ready up. You see your character at run start, like vanilla. Un-ready to go back to Random, ready again for a fresh roll. - Instant mode: clicking Random immediately picks (and shows) a character from your allowed pool. Click again to re-roll. Fine print: in secret mode, if you ready up early, other players can see your pick while they finish choosing - it has to sync before the run can start.
