New Character - The Tempest

I created a new character named the Tempest. He is a mage from another world who specializes in applying debuffs and calling thunder to deal lethal damage to enemies. Sometimes he is crazy enough to inflict debuffs on himself to unleash even greater power! Key features/mechanics of this mod: Electrified: The next attack deals 20% more damage, then Electrified is reduced by 1. At 9 stacks, releases Thunder Strike. Thunder Strike: Deal 21 damage and remove 9 Electrified. This mod contains: - a new character with its own cover portrait (battle portrait still in progress) - 80+ new cards with unique card art - new debuffs, powers, and mechanics - Several character-specific archetypes - 9 new character-specific relics - 3 character-specific potions - Supported language: English, Simplified Chinese, and Russian (Please let me know if you need other languages). Tip: You also need to subscribe to BaseLib to play this mod, as it is built on top of BaseLib. Some users have reported that the game may crash after installing BaseLib. If this happens, you can go to the BaseLib GitHub page and download the matching release (v3.4.1) and place the files under "...\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Slay the Spire 2\mods\BaseLib".
