This mod introduces a brand-new, highly unique character to Slay the Spire 2 — Jiang Xiao , the legendary Support/Melee hybrid from the hit series Nine Star Poisonous Milk (九星毒奶). Represented by a striking Deep Crimson theme, Jiang Xiao is far from a conventional warrior. He is a heavy scaling-type character who undergoes massive qualitative transformations by lighting up his Inner Star Map . As you climb the Spire, your power will continuously awaken, break through limits, and shatter the enemy's resolve. ✨ Core Combat Mechanics Jiang Xiao's combat system completely bypasses traditional card mechanics, relying instead on his cultivation realm, technique masteries, and star grid evolution: • 🛡️ Inner Star Map (Core Relic): The foundation of your growth. Accumulate Star Skill Points by winning battles ( Normal +625, Elite +1250, Boss +2500 ). These points drive your entire scaling engine. • 🌌 Star Power Level: Reflects your current cultivation realm: Stardust → Nebula → Star River → Star Sea → Starry Sky → Star’s End . Ascending to higher realms grants additional Energy per turn , symbolizing an abundant, endless flow of Star Power. • 💎 Star Skill Quality: Upgrade your card potency across tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and beyond . Key cards like "Qing Mang" scale dynamically with this quality, making them exponentially stronger in the late game. • ⚔️ Basic Arts Mastery: Master various weapons including Unarmed, Saber, Bow, Dagger, and Halberd . Cards carry specific combat Tags that grant powerful bonuses based on your mastery levels. 🚀 Current Version Features • 40+ Core Cards: A fully fleshed-out card pool featuring defensive star shields, toxic heals, and lethal blade arts. • Custom Relic System: Track your Star Map progression directly via interactive relics. • Full Multiplayer Support: Perfectly compatible with multiplayer lobbies—bring your toxic heals to team brawls! 🛠️ Development Notes Solo Project: This mod is a solo passion project developed in my spare time. Updates, bug fixes, and localization patches will be released based on my workload. Thank you so much for your patience and support! Balance Alert: Currently, Jiang Xiao may feel slightly Overpowered (OP) as the framework is established.
