Adds a customizable run timer to Slay the Spire 2. Choose how many minutes you have before the run ends in death. Optionally start the timer on the first card played. The timer pauses when the game is paused, stops when the run ends, and continues where it left off after Save & Quit. Speed Mode: optionally disable animations to blitz through runs as fast as possible. Keyboard enemy targeting (single-player & multiplayer): while a targeted card is picked up, tap a hotkey to play it on an enemy — Q/W/E/R/T/Y or the number row 1-6, where 1 is the enemy nearest your character and higher numbers go outward. It's a personal, per-player input aid. Multiplayer extras (host's settings apply to the whole lobby): - Punish the last player to press End Turn each round with HP loss. - Sliding stall multiplier: the longer the last player waits to end their turn, the bigger their punishment. - Stall damage-over-time: the last remaining player loses HP every few seconds until they end their turn.
