Introduction An original character MOD: An abstract artist from the Spellpainter Academy. Main Mechanics 1. Color Possesses an extra energy pool of 6 different colors floating around the character, known as "Color". Consuming this energy allows you to trigger the Color effects of certain cards. Note: Cards can still be played when you don't have enough Color, but their Color effects will not activate. 2. Brand Mechanic There are 7 different kinds of Brands with various effects. Each unit can only have 1 Brand at a time. Fire Brand: Possesses explosive power, simply doubling the damage of a single card. If an enemy already has a Brand, applying another Brand (or attacking with an Evoke card) will "Evoke" the existing one, triggering its Evoke effect. For example, Fire Brand's Evoke effect causes the enemy to take double damage from the next attack. After triggering, the existing Brand disappears. Note: If the card that triggers the Evoke effect is an attack card itself, the double damage bonus applies to that attack immediately. Otherwise, the double damage bonus is preserved for the next incoming attack. Lightning Brand: Deals AoE damage and inflicts Vulnerable. When playing multiple attack cards, it can unleash even greater explosive power than Fire Brand, symbolizing the strength of the crowd. Frost Brand: Offers weakening utility and serves as a vital component for functional synergies.[ Frost: Reduces attack damage, but only for the current turn. 3. Blend Mechanic Just as in color light theory, Red + Yellow blends into Orange, Red + Blue blends into Violet, and Yellow + Blue blends into White light. Accordingly, the three basic Brands can also blend in the same way. Dusk Brand: Ultimate AoE damage capability. Applying two Brands to an enemy in succession triggers a "Blend". Fire + Lightning blends into the Dusk Brand. When a Blend occurs, it immediately triggers a Blend effect. The first part of this effect always grants 1 Color, which is a universal perk of the Blend mechanic. Note that before the Blend happens, the pre-existing Brand will still trigger its Evoke effect first. This gives you two choices: should you apply the Fire Brand or the Lightning Brand first? Make your judgments flexibly in battle! Violet Brand: Causes enemies to gradually fade into nothingness. Gloom: Equivalent to Violet Brand's passive. Darkness: At 7 stacks, it transforms into a powerful effect (experience it yourself in-game!). Radiant Brand: Massive utility. One of the reasons Frost Brand is indispensable is that you can blend it into a Radiant Brand to massively boost your cycling engine. Rainbow Brand: A powerful way to generate resources. Rainbow Light: At 7 stacks, it transforms into a powerful effect (experience it yourself in-game!). As the ultimate Brand, the blending method for the Rainbow Brand is very unique—it is formed by combining Fire + Lightning + Frost. This means there are three different blending routes, such as Dusk (Fire + Lightning) + Frost. 4. Pajama Time Sleep tight, sleep tight... A special card keyword (similar to official keywords like Innate or Retain). Effect: The first time your hand becomes empty each turn, this card returns from your discard pile to your hand. An extremely important engine for your deck cycling. When your hand reaches 0, all "Pajama Time" cards will trigger this effect. In other words, the fewer cards in your hand, the more cards you'll end up with!
