Shoujo Kageki: Aijo Karen Slay the Spire 2 must have a Shoujo Kageki mod! This mod adds Aijo Karen as a playable character to Slay the Spire 2. Most of the content has been ported from the original Slay the Spire mod, with a number of cards added or reworked. The current version includes: • 1 new playable character: Aijo Karen • Cards added or reworked for Slay the Spire 2, with multiplayer support Core Mechanics The promise Karen and her childhood friend Kagura Hikari made to each other was what first inspired her to become a stage girl. Because of this, Karen has a unique card pile—the Promise Pile—and a new gameplay system built around storing and manipulating cards. Every stage girl has Shine, but Shine is not so easily obtained. Cards with the Shine keyword are more powerful than ordinary cards. However, after being played a certain number of times, they are permanently removed from your deck. Choose your Shine cards at the right moment and use them to handle whatever situations arise! Karen also has additional ways to obtain and make use of relics. Requirements The following mod must also be enabled: • BaseLib Current Status Most cards are now complete. Relics and potions are still being ported. Both Slay the Spire 2 and its Mod API are still changing. Future updates may include balance adjustments, presentation improvements, compatibility fixes, and additional content. English Localization The English localization was initially translated with AI assistance and has since been manually reviewed and edited. If you notice any discrepancies in card descriptions, background descriptions, card names, or any other localization issues, please leave a comment. We will review and correct them as soon as possible.
